These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and slotday ("slotday," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at slotday.asia ("Platform"). slotday reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any balance held therein, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To access the full features of the slotday Platform, you must register an account. The following rules apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one (1) slotday account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Identity Verification (KYC): slotday is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID) and may be required to submit additional documentation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slotday account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. slotday reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. slotday reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

slotday offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds or associated winnings not used within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• slotday reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified.

All games available on the slotday Platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, fishing arcade games, and specialty titles — are governed by the following general rules:

• RNG Certification: All non-live games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted in real time by human dealers. Results are final once the round is closed and confirmed by the dealer.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, slotday reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slotday Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of slotday. Any unauthorised use of slotday's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, slotday's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your slotday account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

slotday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if slotday has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

slotday does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

slotday collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

slotday reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, slotday will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

slotday reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at slotday's sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification;
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

Upon termination for cause, slotday may forfeit any balance in your account to the extent permitted by applicable law. Upon termination not for cause, slotday will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal procedures.

You may close your account at any time by contacting slotday support. Account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from your use of the slotday Platform shall first be referred to slotday's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where applicable, disputes may also be referred to PAGCOR for regulatory adjudication.
